Recordings

Jan Latham-Koenig’s discography is far-reaching and extraordinarily varied. He has over fifty recordings both in studio and live for labels such as Decca and Sony, that range from musical theatre works by Kurt Weill to rare scores by Donizetti, Leoncavallo, and Ibert.

Highlights include conducting Sir William Walton’s works with the London Philharmonic, Britten’s Violin Concerto and 4 Sea Interludes with the Flanders Symphony Orchestra, Strauss’ Don Juan and Metamorphoses Songs with the Strasbourg Philharmonic, Berlioz’s Harold in Italy with the SWF Symphony Orchestra Baden-Baden, Mendelsohn’s Violin Concertos with the Flanders Symphony Orchestra, and Grieg and Delius’ Piano Concertos with the London Philharmonic, to name a few.

In 2021 he released his second collaborative disc of Poulenc’s works with Mark Bebbington and the Royal Philharmonic and last year, Croatian Composers with the Zagreb Philharmonic.
